Our history

Hansa Financial & Corporate Management Inc. was established by three German banks in 1974.

The original goal was to provide German investors property, corporate and financial management in the fast growing markets of Canada.

Following a series of mergers, the offshore subsidiary was sold to a private group, headed by Martin Kiener.

Since 1994 HANSA is focused on land acquisition and land development.

The company has been active in land development for single family houses, condominiums, shopping centers and resorts.
